Update Deltacopy rsync to resolve long file name issues …

Was using rsync in Deltacopy to sync some files from server to nas but was having issues with long file names. Discovered this was resolved with a later version of rsync with dll’s available in the cygwin package. Just wasn’t sure how to update the Deltacopy dll’s with the cygwin ones but found these pages: […]
